This small spreader is a sweet mix of practicality, and simplicity in design.  Practical because it’s 8″ length makes it easily fit onto a serving tray or platter, yet lovely in it’s simple form.  They cut and bend the high quality stainless steel blade to just the right angle, then weld on the handle finished with their signature hammered leaf.

Designed to last, this spreader doesn’t need any special care.  It’s fine to pop into the dishwasher, though hand washing will help to preserve the polished finish. Use this piece often and enjoy!

Made by husband and wife team, John and Heather at their studio on the family farm in southwest Ontario.  Who knew when John gave Heather a welder for a birthday present that it would evolve into all this.   After over 25 years, they are still enjoying the process of bringing a new design to life in steel.
